I enjoyed parts of this, but the lack of character for JT really kills it. I really wish we had gotten a few scenes from his POV. It would've helped so much. We don't even get to see him come out to his father. Jacob was pretty cool, but for as much as his history with violence was talked about, nothing was really done to help heal or deal with it. Loved Cam! (So much so that I REALLY wanted Jacob to end up with him.) I feel like every conversation that Jacob and Cam had was a conversation that should've happened with the MCs to develop their relationship. Jacob/JT didn't really talk about anything of substance, other than JT's struggle with acceptance. Can't wait to read book 4 because I really want Cam to get his HEA.
